Abstract:	數位碩士在職專班在台灣實施十幾年來，也成立十幾所碩士在職專班，研究者也在數位碩士在職專班授課多年，嘗試各種不同的教學方式，每次結束課程都會從教學評量並詢問學生，了解課程的教學內容與學生學習情況。在遠距課程中教授電腦課程，除了影片或同步實際操作外，也加入了學生分組合作，利用每周教授軟體，完成一份完整的專案，這些教學活動，使用同步與非同步平台來完成。本研究主要從學生基本資料了解學生學習的焦慮性，透過學生分組與老師授課與教學活動，顯示出學生在焦慮性有顯著改善，同樣的，這樣的教學設計，學生可以真正在網路上得到很好的學習內容。
