    Abstract: 數位碩士在職專班在台灣實施十幾年來,也成立十幾所碩士在職專班,研究者也在數位碩士在職專班授課多年,嘗試各種不同的教學方式,每次結束課程都會從教學評量並詢問學生,了解課程的教學內容與學生學習情況。在遠距課程中教授電腦課程,除了影片或同步實際操作外,也加入了學生分組合作,利用每周教授軟體,完成一份完整的專案,這些教學活動,使用同步與非同步平台來完成。本研究主要從學生基本資料了解學生學習的焦慮性,透過學生分組與老師授課與教學活動,顯示出學生在焦慮性有顯著改善,同樣的,這樣的教學設計,學生可以真正在網路上得到很好的學習內容。
