    Title: 論唐代祭祀中的木主與立像所承載的經學觀念

    Abstract: 就祭祀時的崇拜對象而言,大致有木主與立像兩種形式。前者俗稱牌位,源自先秦古禮,材質為木,見於孔廟、宗祠、家祠至今;後者則受佛、道教傳入影響,使造泥塑、木雕之像大為盛行。唐天寶十年(751)修《開元禮》,許四、五品清官立私廟,祠堂內牌位林立;此外,玄宗祭祀太宗、高宗時,則以立像頒行各地佛寺、道觀,甚如老君祠、孔子祠皆立像不用主。自唐之後,立像影響木主地位。要之,本文檢覈《通典》、《開元禮》、《舊唐書》、《新唐書》等典籍,參以方志、散文,梳理木主與立像發展變化的脈絡軌跡,以觀經學所承載的名物制度及史學精神。
