Abstract:	◎內容章節分明，除了將全球主要漁業國家的漁業補貼現況進行研究之外，更進一步點出改善漁業補貼規範，已是國際間刻不容緩的重大貿易與環境議題。 ◎筆者藉此呼籲各國政府重視補貼對漁業資源所產生的負面影響──恐怕到了2050年，人類將面臨無魚可捕的窘境，這確實是大家必須嚴肅面對並共同關心的議題。 ◎WTO會員應加快談判腳步，淡化彼此間對漁業補貼新規範之齟齬，畢竟世界海洋漁業資源的永續保護是一刻都不能等了。
