    Abstract: 本文透過文獻梳理與實際案例，說明實務社群適用於闡釋大學生所組成的學習社群，並歸納出大學校園內的學習社群機制發展階段包含：播種萌芽期、灌溉成長期、施肥茁壯期、改變轉型期、穩定發展期。此外，社群媒體工具日益普及，實徵資料顯示，大學生善於運用社群工具進行聯繫，分享、記錄、討論與學習有關的資訊、心得、技術等，有效提升學生的學習效率。不限主題的學習社群是啟蒙學生跨領域能力的搖籃，而虛擬社群則是孵化此能力的管道之一，建議各大專院校在推動學生學習社群機制時，應考量社群媒體工具之應用及跨領域學習之趨勢。
