Abstract:	Airbnb的共享經濟的蓬勃發展，引發了全球一連串公共政策的正反辯護，其中政府政策的挑戰大致可歸類為稅收、法規、鄰里關係、種族以及資料公開等問題。情勢雖然如此，但不可諱言的，旅宿業短租市場的確蘊含著龐大的商機。依據Insight Airbnb研究網站所公布的原始資料，從2009年8月截至2019年01月在台北Airbnb共有 1,048,576筆上架物件，其中資料量大小為140.6MB，變數106個。本研究參考Haitian Wei(2019)，主要聚焦在台北Airbnb商業數據分析層面上之探討，以台北Airbnb租賃市場為研究範疇，針對下列幾個大眾關心的議題，提出商業數據分析的看法:1.租賃市場的演變與趨勢 2.租賃房型樣態分析 3.定價與評價的關係 4.影響定價與評價的因子探討等。
