Abstract:	近期，中國大陸（以下簡稱大陸）P2P 掀倒閉潮（爆雷），是否會進一步引發金融風暴，頗受關注。所謂 P2P 網路借貸（Peer-to-Peer Lending）平臺，是一種個體對個體的直接借貸行為。簡單來說，若某一個體有閒錢想投資，即可透過一個網路平臺，將錢借給有需要的人，從中賺取利息並拿回本金；且平臺會提供借貸雙方彼此的信用評估資料、讓雙方能在平臺上自由媒合。在技術上，可說是一利用人工智慧（AI）、大數據（Big data）及雲端運算（Cloud Computing）等前沿技術發展的低成本新型借貸模式。
