    Abstract: 本文使用「台灣青少年調查」,檢視2001年高中職和五專多元入學方案之三種入學管道決定因素、多元入學方案與學校滿意度和學業壓力的關係及不同管道入學生在學校滿意度、學業壓力和在校表現的差異。實證結果顯示,國中綜合表現與甄選或申請入學管道呈現相關性。該方案的實施與學校滿意度的提升有關,但與學業壓力無關。不同管道入學生的學校滿意度和在校表現存在差異。甄選和申請入學生學校滿意度高於登記分發入學生。甄選入學生在校學業和非學業表現比登記分發入學生突出;申請和登記分發入學生學業表現沒有差異,非學業表現則各有所長。
