Abstract:	本研究主要目的在探討高中啦啦隊之領導行爲和凝聚力之間的關係。受試者爲95年全國高中啦啦隊比賽成績前六名之選手，女生68名及男生32名的學生。研究工具爲：運動領導行爲(LSS)和圈隊凝聚力(GEQ)。所得資料經相依t檢定、獨立t檢定、軍因子變異量數分析後，其結果如下：一、高中啦啦隊選手知覺的教練領導行爲依序爲：1訓練與指導、2社會支持、3正面回饋、4民主行爲、5專制行爲。選手之教練領導，喜愛較多的訓練與指導、民主行爲。在訓練與指導及民主行爲方面，女生顯著高於男生。二、高中啦啦隊選手知覺的團隊凝聚力，依序爲：1團體合作、2個人親和、3團隊適應、4個人吸引。三、良好的訓練指導對於團隊合作有正面的幫助。需加強訓練與指導及民主行爲，對於團隊合作與運動表現有正面的幫助。
