本文太陽能飛機鴻鵠之設計與實作包含:載具細部結構設計和載具製作。載具採用AXi 4130/20 kv305電馬達,翼展為3.7公尺,全機重量為10公斤,機翼搭載兩片太陽能板,尾翼搭載一片太陽能板,共三組太陽能板,每一組太陽能板發電產生的功率為45瓦,而機翼上表面直接使用太陽能板當作上蒙皮。機翼內部結構採用3DP列印技術印製的結構件與C字樑作結合,以達到輕量化結構之目的,應用在太陽能無人飛行載具。 The purpose of the study is included of structure design of UAV in detail and Fabrication. The motor of the portable UAV is AXi 4130/20 kv305 electric brushless motor. This UAV has 3.7 m wingspan and 10kg weight with three parts of solar panels on the top of the wing and horizontal tail with power of 45 watt. To make the portable UAV lighter, the structure of wing is the combination of C beams and 3D printed structures.Then, 3D printed structures are designed as truss structure. From these designation, the portable UAV can be lighter.
