本研究製作與測試長300 mm,外徑6 mm,壁厚0.5 mm之不鏽鋼-水熱管與虹吸熱管,採用316 L不鏽鋼作為管殼體,使用200目銅網作為熱管內壁之毛細結構,以水為工作流體。以不同實驗傾角0°、10°、30°、90°,維持冷卻水溫度30 °C,輸入功率為10 W到180 W,觀察熱管的啟動與評估熱性能。結果顯示,除了虹吸熱管在水平狀態下無法啟動外,其他熱管皆可在操作條件下正常運作,熱阻值會隨輸入功率的增加而降低,熱管與虹吸熱管在垂角擺放測試時,其最低熱阻分別為0.172 °C/W 與 0.245 °C/W。 Stainless steel heat pipe and thermosyphon with 300mm in length, 6mm in outer diameter and 0.5mm thickness have been developed and test. The heat pipe was made of 316 L stainless steel and installed with a 200 screen mesh°Copper wick. The working fluid was water. Heat pipe start-up and thermal°Characteristics were investigated at different orientations with slopes of 0° , 10°, 30°, 90° and heat sink temperature was kept at 30 °C. The power input varied from 10W to 180W. It is shown that they°Can be operated in all test°Conditions except thermosyphon at inclination angle of 0°. The results revealed that thermal resistance decreased as the input heat load increased. The lowest thermal resistance of heat pipe and thermosyphon are 0.172 °C/W and 0.245 °C/W at inclination angle of 90°
