    摘要: 對於成像的需求以及品質日益擴增,而透鏡視為成像不可或缺的一部分。傳統加工利用車削、研磨、拋光等方式製造透鏡,但太為費工、耗時且成本高,因此需要透過低成本、高生產效率的製造方式才能負荷市場需求量。快速成型的製造技術對於業界已算是相當成熟,目前主要有射出成型、壓印成型以及玻璃模造成型。其中壓印成型的缺點是經升溫固化時,材料與模具間可能因熱膨脹係數不同,導致成型時有所差異,但此一缺點卻是可以用一條收縮曲線來彌補,若是能夠精準的掌握成型後透鏡的樣貌,將能設計出預想成型之透鏡的模具進而進行壓印。此一方法將能克服射出成型的黃化率及折射率不穩定的現象,將來若是能應用在曲面上成型,也將能取代玻璃模造曲面模仁以及預形體製作的困難性。研究將以不同軟模、硬模以及材料做為討論,而求出來的收縮曲線經過驗證後,實際成型與預期成型之樣貌差距皆能在0.60%以下,證實可以透過收縮曲線的預估彌補壓印成型的缺點也能提升壓印成型的品質。
    Owing to the huge demand for high-quality, high complexity optics is increasing rapidly, the need for finding a suitable and economically viable way to mass produce these required optical design is becoming very critical not only in imaging but also in lighting optical industries. Injection moulded plastic optics has the drawbacks of not resistant to high temperatures and aging (turning yellow) when exposed to ultraviolet radiation. Glass molding process, for many optical designs, is too complicated a process to handle and is just too expensive. Silicone optics has the advantages of high thermal stability, good resistance to oxygen and ultraviolet (UV) light and relatively cheap. This research aims to study the feasibility of forming precision optical lens/lens-array using silicone optics. The form errors obtained under various imprint conditions are investigated and, based on these information, a modified profile is calculated to compensate the error caused by the contraction. Form error under 0.6% is achieved on the molded silicone lens in this study.
