Abstract:	以台灣為例，在現今社會中，雙薪家庭的比例逐漸攀升，那麼當孩童在學齡階段時，家長們常常因為工作忙碌而疏於對小孩的關心與照護，往往家長們所忽略的細節，無意間卻會對孩童造成傷害。聆聽與陪伴對於正值成長階段的孩童是非常重要的，可以讓孩童有健康的身、心、靈發展，我想這也是家長們所引領而望的。隨著科技的日新月異，我們期望透過網路與智慧行動裝置的普及來克服這個現況。　　本論文提出了基於Android平台進行親子照護系統的設計與實作，系統中大致上區分成三個模組，分別是前台服務模組、訊息推播模組、後台管理模組，呈現出網頁端以及手機端的服務，並且針對緊急事件、要事交辦、優惠資訊等等進行推播，讓家長們可以在第一時間掌握幼兒園的最新消息，此外家長們還可以透過網頁平台或是手機應用程式查詢孩童在幼稚園的生活概況，讓工作忙碌的家長們可以在遠端即時掌握孩童狀況，促進親子關係。　　In Taiwan, for example, in today''s society, the proportion of double-paid families gradually rise. When the children in school age, parents often care about the children school activities and health but unfortunately ignores the details. Listening and accompanying is very important for children who are growing up at a positive level. It is important for a children to have healthy body, mind and spirit. However, existing childcare related systems lacks to provide interaction among teachers, children and parents. In addition, it is also needed for providing parents with the timely information regarding the activities of the child in school. 　　With the ever-changing technology, we look forward to overcoming this situation through the popularity of Internet and smart mobile devices. This thesis presents the design and implementation of the parent-child care system based on the Android platform. The system is divided into three modules, namely, the client service module, the message push module and the background management module. The client service module allows the parents to actively check the activity information by browsing the website of the child school while the message push module system automatically push the important message to the parents using mobile phase as the message presentation device. By using the designed parent-child care system, parents can quickly grasp the status of children in the distal and improve the parent-child relationship.
