| 摘要: | 近幾年隨著社會不斷變遷，人口出生率及死亡率亦逐年降低，「人口老化」這一現象是多數國家所面臨的情況。隨著老年人口的比例不斷增加，相伴隨的老人照護問題更是近年關注的焦點議題，在機構式、社區式及居家式照護服務中，居家照護是最被接受的方式，也較具可行性，在老人居家養老的過程中，其健康狀態、照護方式是最需注意的問題，因此在本論文中，擬設計一可支援居家健康照護系統的多網閘道器，在整合受照護者家中佈建的各類感測設備、生理感測設備同時，亦支援對家中智慧電器進行控制功能，並可蒐集受照護者日常生活相關數據，供後端平台進行分析，以便進一步了解老人生活習慣，當老人行為異常、或緊急狀況發生時，可對家屬、照護者發出緊急通知，透過此閘道器為居家養老者提供健康安全、舒適的生活服務，以達到提升居家照護生活品質之目的。
