Walter Lippman 在《公眾輿論》中提出，大眾媒體對於人們形成公共事務認知及瞭解外在世界的重要性。在各類專業新聞報導中，從重要性上說，政治新聞當排第一位，因為它們所反映的內容，直接關係到黨和國家的根本利益，或直接涉及到人民群眾的政治生活。在政治新聞的研究中，兩岸媒體所共同經歷的事件，更能表現兩岸媒體的敘事方式。 2015年，習近平與馬英九在新加坡會晤，不僅關係到兩岸未來的發展，同時在國際上也受到了廣泛關注。此次會面歷經兩岸66年的和平歷程，具有里程碑意義。而兩岸媒體對於此次事件的報導卻不盡相同。 因此，本研究以框架理論為基礎，新聞媒體通過框架理論的選擇與再現，選擇事件中的一些部分進行報導，而其選擇的標準大部分是由於當前的社會建構背景，以及閱聽眾的需求。 本研究藉由敘事觀點作為分析策略，通過情節、角色、場景三個方面，進行分析。選取《人民日報》及其海外版與《聯合報》作為研究對象。探討在不同社會建構背景下，兩岸報紙媒體如何敘說「習馬會」事件。通過比較新聞學的方法，對比分析兩岸媒體敘事差異。 Walter Lippmann said in"public opinion",The importance of the mass media for people to understand public affairs and to understand the outside world.In a variety of professional news reports,political news must be most important.As the content they reflected is directly related to the party and the country''s fundamental interests,or directly related to the people''s political life.In the study of political news,the common experience of events can performance media narrative better. Jinping Xi and Ying-jeou Ma met in Singapore in 2015.It not only connection the future development between China and Taiwan, but also has widespread concern in the international community.This meeting after 66 years of peaceful history,and it will be a milestone between China and Taiwan.But the media reported this event in different ways. Therefore,this study based on news frame theory,news media use selection and reproduction through Frame Theory，and choose some parts of the event to report.It most because the current social construction,As well as listening to the needs of the audience. This study uses narrative point of view as the analysis strategy,through events,characters and setting.Selected "People''s Daily "and" United Daily News "as research objects.Also,this research will use comparing journalistic methods,to explore under the different social construction, the different way to narrative "Xi-Ma Meeting".
