    Abstract: 現今資訊科技快速發展以及網際網路普及應用的社會裡,使用者資訊需求日增,為將資訊可快速整合傳遞,電子報乃是其中方式之一,中華民國圖書館學會電子報乃是圖資領域的溝通橋樑,於2004發行至2016年底,已發行近13年,共170期。
    研究發現,電子報發行至今已有三種不同數位格式類型,因資料有可能消失無法取用,為確保其可以長期保存,並讓使用者可在持續改變的新科技中繼續取用,本研究使用學者Lewin(1946)行動研究法為依據「計畫-行動-觀察-反思」之循環模式,進行系統實作,將中華民國圖書館學會電子報系統進行轉置作業。
    With rapid development of information and technology, electronic newspaper is a way to transfer integrative information very quickly. Library Association of the Republic of China E-news is a bridge in the Library and Information Science field.
    From 2004 to the end of 2016, it has been published for almost 13 years, 170 issues. there are three kinds of digital format types.
    In order to restore Electronic Resources for a long time and users still can access materials in high-tech world, we migrate the electronic newspaper system.
    New E-News systems is a result outcome of the migration of E-News LAROC.
    We the application action research (Lewin,1946) ”Plan-Action-Observe-Reflect” to the these project.
