    Abstract: 基於時代的變遷,漫畫在圖書館的地位日趨重要。有鑒於此,本研究旨在了解國小圖書館相關人員對漫畫的印象與認知,並探究其對於成立漫畫專區之看法與立場,進而分析國小圖書館設立漫畫專區之條件要素。
    本研究採取半結構式深度訪談法蒐集原始資料,並輔以相關文獻作為佐證,進行事實的陳述。研究對象是以新北市安坑國小圖書館相關行政人員、教師、志工共十位為主。
    依據研究結果,提出以下研究結論:
    一、圖書館相關人員現今對漫畫的印象與認知包括:漫畫除了具備休閒娛樂的功能之外,還對讀者產生正向與負面的影響,並歸納整理出支持型、條件型、保留型三類型的受訪者。
    二、漫畫的優勢包括:圖畫優勢、內容優勢及輕鬆易閱讀;漫畫的缺點包括:色情暴力、沉迷行為與語文程度疑慮。
    三、國小圖書館成立漫畫專區須考量之要素包括:前置作業專業把關;建立專區服務學童以利行銷推廣;專區為橋梁透過機制引導學童接觸文字書以防閱讀偏食;專區應具多元性質並顧及年段差異;解決人力空間經費困境支持專區運作。
    統整文獻、研究發現與結論,提出建議,以供國小圖書館及相關單位之有關人員參考:
    一、成立漫畫推薦小組維持適當性以建立大眾信心。
    二、舉辦漫畫主題書展發揮圖書館教育功能。
    三、健全志工培訓制度以利執行推廣漫畫閱讀。
    四、衡量實際情況提高漫畫購置經費來營造愛閱氛圍。
    Comic books are becoming increasing important for libraries as time changes. In view of this, this study serves the purpose of comprehending the impression and cognition of elementary school library staff on comic books. The study further explores into the views and stance towards establishing a comic book collection in addition to analyzing the condition elements for setting up comic book collection in elementary school libraries.
    The study adopts semi-structural in-depth interview to collect primary data, supplemented with relevant literature as supporting materials to conduct factual statement. The study objects consist of ten people from the relevant administrator, teachers and volunteers of Ankeng Elementary School library.
    The following research conclusions are drawn from the research results:
    1. The impression and cognition of library staff on comic books today: Comic books not only offer recreational and entertainment function but can also produce positive and negative impacts on readers. Three types of respondents have been concluded, including supporting, conditional and reserved.
    2. Advantages of comic books: Advantages include pictures, content and easy reading. The disadvantages of comic books include: Sex, violence, addiction behavior, and concerns for language proficiency.
    3. Elements taken into consideration for establishing elementary school libraries include: Professional pre-operation control, establishing collection for students to facilitate marketing promotion, and using the collection as introductory mechanism for students to gain access to books with text and prevent reading preference. The collection should take consideration of diversity and age difference. The difficulty with budget for human resource can be solved by supporting the operation of comic book collection.
    The study consolidates literature view, research findings and conclusion to propose the following suggestions for staff of elementary school libraries and relevant departments:
    1. Establish comic recommendation team to maintain appropriateness and build up confidence in the public.
    2. Organize comic-themed book fair to bring the function of library education into full play.
    3. Improve volunteer training system to facilitate the promotion of comic books reading.
    4. Evaluate the actual conditions and increase budget for comic book purchase to build a reading atmosphere.
