    Title: 社群媒體與教學平台對輔助學習成效之研究

    Abstract: 本研究主要目的在於探討大學生運用社群媒體與教學平台輔助學習的效果下,是否對於學習成效有影響,研究範圍為資訊概論課程,研究對象則以淡江大學實際參與106學年度「資訊概論」之實習課同學作為實驗對象。研究分為兩部分,第一部份為研究工具發展,主要為「淡江大學學生對於社群媒體學習之使用成效調查問卷」的編製。應用問卷來進行實證研究,共取得82分問卷,回收率為100%。第二部份則為研究分析,將本研究中所提出之六大假設,運用調查所得之資料進行敘述性統計分析、信度分析、回歸分析等統計方法來進行分析。
    根據研究結果顯示,透過回歸分析在社群媒體對於使用iClass態度與意願有正向影響,t值為3.023且p值為0.003;使用iClass態度與意願對學習成效有正向影響,t值為2.569且p值為0.005;使用iClass態度與意願對實際iClass使用情形有正向影響,卡方值為51.351且p值為0.003;社群媒體對實際iClass使用情形有正向影響,t值為2.544且p值為0.005;實際iClass使用情形對學習成效有正向影響,t值為2.825且p值為0.004;社群媒體對學習成效有正向影響,t值為2.953且p值為0.005。研究結果顯示本研究之六大假說皆成立,社群媒體與教學平台對於學習成效確實具有影響性,本研究建議能透過社群媒體與教學平台的使用下能增進師生關係而使問題討論上與溝通可以更加便利與達到成效。
    The purpose of this study is to explore the effect of student using Social Media and Teaching Platform to Assist Learning and to determine whether Social Media and Teaching Platform would affect positively for the learning. The scope of the research is the course in Introduction to Computers. The subject of this study are Tamkang University students who participated practical training course in Introduction to Computers in 106 academic year, a total of eighty-two questionnaires were returned. The research is divided into two parts. The first part is to develop the research tool. The purpose of first part is to develop the questionnaire in the topic of students'' social media learning effect in Tamkang University and to use the questionnaire for implementing the empirical study. The second part is to analyze data and testing the following six hypotheses.
    This research uses descriptive statistics, reliability analysis and regression analysis to analyze the data from questionnaire survey.
    According to the results of this study, regression Analysis shows social media is positively related to the attitude toward using iClass and wiillingness to use iClass (t=3.023, p=0.003). Attitude and willingness toward using iClass is positively related to learning effect (t=2.569, p=0.005). Attitude and willingness toward using iClass is positively related to the real condition of using iClass (Chi Square=51.351, p=0.003). Social Media is positively related to the real condition of using iClass (t=2.544, p=0.005). The real condition of using iClass is positively related to learning effect (t=2.825, p=0.004). Social Media is positively related to learning effect (t=2.953, p=0.005). The result of research shows that the six hypotheses are supported. Both social media and teaching platform significantly affect learning effect actually. This research suggests using social media and teaching platform is a good way to improve the relationship between teachers and students, as well as to improve the convenience and learning effect by enhance discussion about some issues and communication.
