    Abstract: 近年來雲端運算已經是資訊科技領域發展的趨勢主流,這股潮流對資訊科技發展、企業商業模式帶來巨大轉變。由於目前較少研究探討組織進行資訊系統雲端化後對於員工所產生的影響,故本研究探討資訊系統雲端化後,對於組織內資訊單位功能、資訊單位主管、工作與技能、人員配置、組織結構、組織文化、資訊安全等七構面的改變,並將資訊系統移轉至不同雲端環境之狀況下,研究前述七構面的改變對於工作績效、工作滿意度的影響程度。
    本研究採用問卷調查法,針對已參與資訊系統導入雲端化之專案成員進行調查,研究結果顯示(1)人員配置改變對個人工作績效與滿意度有正向影響。(2)資訊單位功能、組織結構、組織文化改變對個人工作滿意度有正向影響。(3)資訊單位主管、工作與技能、資訊安全對個人工作績效與滿意度無正向影響。(4)經由不同個案比較得知,完整的雲端環境功能與規模可有效提升員工工作績效與滿意度。以往較多研究著重於雲端化之關鍵成功因素,本研究透過資料分析與問卷訪談方式探討除了關鍵成功因素外,雲端化對於組織與員工的影響。
    Cloud computing in recent years has become the trend in the development of information technology field. This trend has brought massive transformation to information technology development and corporate business models. Currently there are only a few studies that explore the influence of the enterprise shift of information system to cloud workloads on employees. Therefore, the study analyzes how the transformation of information system affects employees’ job performance and job satisfaction while implementing on different cloud environment in seven aspects, including the function of IT department, supervisor of IT department, job and skills, personnel allocation, organizational structure, organization culture, and information security.
    A survey on project members participating in transformation of information system to cloud workloads was conducted in this study. The results reveal (1) changes in personnel allocation have positive influence on personal job performance and satisfaction, (2) changes in function of IT department , organizational structure and organization culture have positive influence on personal job satisfaction,(3) supervisor of IT department, job and skills, and information security do not have positive influence on personal job performance and satisfaction, and (4) comparison of different cases suggests that complete functions and scale of cloud platform can effectively improve employees’ job performance and satisfaction. Most of studies focus on the analyzing the critical success factor (CSF) of transformation of information system to cloud workloads. The study not only analyzes the CSF through data analysis and interview but also the influence of the transformation on the organization and employees.
