    摘要: 2014年底我國四大便利商店總店數突破1萬家後,2016年5月底達1萬199家,展店呈現趨緩的現象,許多超商甚至無法達到損益平衡。在市場日趨飽和的狀況下,便利商店展店時,需考量更多關鍵因素,故便利商店如何選擇好的展店位址己變成是各連鎖便利商店最重要的挑戰之一。
    展店的因素選擇會直接影響便利商店的營運成敗,故本研究希望研究便利商店成功展店選址決策為何?探討如何透過店選址決策支援系統蒐集提供的資訊精簡複雜的評估程序,提升作業與提升決策精準度。本研究透過修正式德菲法評選便利商店展店選址因素,以文獻探討所整理之展店選址評估因素及構面,進行問卷訪談設計及專家意見訪談,以篩選出主要評估展店選址之因素,本研究經過兩回合的修正式德菲法,建構7個構面,共篩選出21項指標,有別於問卷對象是一般大眾,本研究透過專家問卷,取得便利商店展店選址決策之重要因素,並應用分析網路程序法計算各構面之權重,輔以訪談方式確認各構面權重排序之合理性,此一研究結果,可提供便利商店發展展店決策支援系統時,蒐集並納入系統中,以提供便利商店展店決策支援參考。
    By the end of 2014, the total amount of the four major convenience stores has exceeded 10,000, and by the end of May 2016, the number has reached to 10199. The expansion seems to slow down as many of the stores are unable to reach breakeven. In such a saturated market, several key factors shall be taken into consideration when expanding the chains; thus, the location of the convenience store has become one of the key challenges.
    The selection of the store factors can directly influence the success or failure of the operation. Thus, this study aims to explore the strategy of site selection of the successful convenience stores and investigate how information collected through the shop site decision support system can streamline complex assessments so as to enhance the operation and improve the accuracy of decision-making. This study opted for the modified Delphi Method to assess the factors of site selections, and the assessment factors and facets for the site selection are compiled through literature review. The major factors of site assessment are screened through questionnaire survey and interviews with experts. After two round of modified Delphi Method, seven facets were constructed, and 21 indicators are selected. Different from other questionnaires whose targets are the general public, this survey aimed at experts so as to obtain the key factors of site selection strategies for convenience stores. Then, analysis network process is applied to calculate the weight of each facet, and the rationality of weight order of each facet is confirmed through interviews. The results of this research can be provided to the site selection strategy support system of the store development. The information can be collected and adopted into the system, giving a reference for the convenience store in its strategy of site selection.
