    Abstract: 本研究旨在了解新北市消防人員地方依附、組織承諾及工作績效之關係。本研究除對相關文獻進行分析之外,主要採問卷調查法,針對新北市外勤消防人員為研究對象進行調查,共發放320份問卷,回收有效問卷297份,有效回收率92.8%。本研究使用之研究工具為「消防人員地方依附、組織承諾及工作績效之間的關係問卷」,並將問卷所得結果採描述性統計分析、平均數、標準差、因素分析、信度分析、Pearson積差相關分析及多元迴歸等分析方法進行資料處理及分析。獲致以下研究結果:
    壹、地方依附對組織承諾的影響效果,僅有「留職承諾」具有顯著正向的影響,另外在地方依附之中僅有「地方依賴」對「努力價值承諾」具有顯著正向的影響。
    貳、地方依附對工作績效的影響效果,僅有「工作熱忱」有顯著正向影響,另外在地方依附之中僅有「地方認同」對「工作效率」具有顯著正向的影響。
    參、組織承諾對工作績效的影響效果,僅有「工作熱忱」有正向顯著影響;另外在組織承諾之中僅有「努力價值承諾」對「工作效能、工作品質、工作效率」具有顯著正向的影響。。
    最後根據研究結果,建議消防機關應以出生地為新北市之人員列入優先考量,當地出生的消防人員會願意付出更多努力支援組織,並會在工作上充滿熱忱及效率。
    The purpose of this study is to understand the relationship between place attachment, organizational commitment, and work performance with firefighters in New Taipei City. This study conducted a survey on the firefighters in New Taipei City, with a total of 320 questionnaires were distributed and 297 valid questionnaires were collected. The results were analyzed by descriptive statistical analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, Pearson product correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis. The following findings were obtained:
    1.Place attachment has significant direct effect on retention commitment. In addition, only place dependence which included in place attachment has significant direct effect on Effort-Value Commitment.
    2.Place attachment has significant direct effect on work performance which is on work enthusiasm. In addition, only place dependence which included in place attachment has significant direct effect on work efficiency.
    3.Organizational commitment has significant direct effect on work performance which is on work enthusiasm. In addition, only Effort-Value Commitment which included in place attachment has significant direct effect on work efficacy, work quality, and work efficiency.
    According to the result, firefighters from the local area are recommend to have first priority to the recruitment from the local fire department. The firefighters from the local area are willing to pay more efforts to support the organization and will be full of enthusiasm and efficiency in the work.
