    Abstract: 近年來台灣更迭不休的社會運動引起世人目光,隨著臺灣環境的變化造成選民在政治參與型態的轉變,故希望能從2016年總統選舉中瞭解選民在政治參與和政治態度的改變。本研究透過政治世代的概念,從政治環境的轉化與成長背景資訊E化的角度,劃分出「青年世代選民」(西元1981年以後出生)與「非青年世代選民」(西元1980年以前出生),探討兩世代選民在選舉過程中的政治參與狀況,包括媒體使用、競選活動參與及投票參與。在使用2016年總統選舉期間所蒐集的民意調查資料庫進行統計分析後,研究結果發現:一、青年世代選民較著重於網際網路的使用。二、青年世代選民在政黨認同與政治信任傾向較為趨中。三、青年世代選民的政治效能感對政治參與有較高的影響力。四、青年世代中,女性在政治參與部分項目上高於男性。五、世代間在進行政治參與活動時教育程度越高則參與程度越高。
    Eye-catching social movement in Taiwan has been changing recently. As the environment’s change which influenced the political transformation in Taiwan, the researcher has the respect that this study will find the transformation of voters in political participation and their political attitude during analyzing the data of Presidential election in 2016. This study is dividing voters to “Young generation voters(born after 1981C.E.)” and “Non-young voters(born before 1980C.E.)” by the concept of the political generation and from the viewpoints of political environmental transformation and electronic growing background, to discuss the situation of political participation of these two generations’ voters during the process of the election. The activities are media-use, the participation of political campaign, voting. After analyzing the data of opinion poll of Presidential election in 2016 with statistical tests, the results of this study are as following:
    (1) Young generation voters emphasize more on the use of the internet.
    (2) Young generation voters’ identity and the trust for specific political parties are more concentrated.
    (3) Young generation voters’ political participation are more influential for political efficacy.
    (4) Some political participation events of young female generation people are higher than the male ones.
    (5) More educated are the generations, more participation they will have during political activities.
