    Abstract: 工業電腦市場屬性為少量多樣化的客製化需求,在面對日益複雜的工業產品,須持續投入更多的研發技術與設計創新,也促使工業電腦的產品生產週期需加速縮短交期,也因此而改變了產品的製造生產模式。工業電腦廠商在面臨產品預測困難、交貨期縮短的生產壓力、庫存風險性增高、客戶服務品質的要求等問題,為了確保市場競爭力,工業電腦廠商必須提高生產效率、降低製造成本和更彈性化的智慧製造生產模式,成為了現今工業電腦製造商所面臨的最大挑戰以及成功關鍵因素,也將為工業電腦廠商帶來無限的潛在商機。因此,本研究欲探討智慧製造、大量客製化及產品績效之間的影響關係,並從智慧製造的生產來探討對產品績效之影響。
    本研究採用SPSS統計軟體作為分析工具,以抽樣之方式收集電腦科技產業為樣本,作為研究對象來進行實證分析。並以因素分析、信度分析、階層迴歸分析等方法進行分析。
    這項研究的結果如下:
    1. 智慧製造對大量客製化具有正向顯著影響。
    2. 大量客製化對產品績效具有正向顯著影響。
    3. 智慧製造對產品績效具有正向顯著影響。
    Intelligent manufacturing has changed the way new product development activities are performed. Although intelligent manufacturing appears to be associated with desirable product development performance, research has poorly explained the role of intelligent manufacturing in improving mass customization and product development performance. This lack of clear evidence may be why the adoption of intelligent manufacturing appears limited. Thus, the primary purpose of this research was to investigate the relationship among intelligent manufacturing, mass customization and product development performance. The second objective was to determine the mediating effect of mass customization on the relationship between intelligent manufacturing and product development performance. The analyses are based on an industry-wide survey in the Taiwanese industrial personal computer sector. The results suggest that adoption of intelligent manufacturing in terms of capacity planning and information linkage contribute significantly to mass customization including cost and efficiency. In addition, capacity planning is associated with customer demand. The findings also indicate that mass customization in terms of “customer demand” and “cost and efficiency” improve product development performance including marketing performance and project performance. Finally, mass customization has mediating effect on the relationship between intelligent manufacturing and product development performance.
