    Abstract: 本篇論文的研究動機在於了解想要在台灣餐飲界經營事業的創業家,其成立過程中所可能遭遇到的挑戰及機會。本研究選取三位處於不同國際化階段的創業家,藉由個案分析歸納出在成立過程中可能遭遇的挑戰,以及有哪些機會或方式可以達到獲利的目的。本篇論文的重點聚焦於申請成立的行政流程、財務阻力以及文化差異等因素,對欲在台灣成立新事業的創業家所可能造成的影響,目的是提供一些有用的準則給想要在台灣進行商業活動的創業家。
    This work is intended at giving an idea of the settlement process that can be adopted by entrepreneurs in order to start an activity in the field of catering in Taiwan. Through the case of three entrepreneurs at different stages in the process of settlement, we will see what the main challenges are and which opportunities and tools can be profitable for other entrepreneurs. We will especially focus on administrative processes, financial barriers and cultural differences that affect the settlement of any foreign entrepreneur wishing to start a new venture in Taiwan. The objective of this work is to provide useful guidelines to any entrepreneur interested in starting an activity in Taiwan.
