隨著金融業主要業務手續費的減少,銀行開始重視財富管理業務,並且取得一定的成績,本研究將針對L銀行理專在人格特質與理專職務上擔任意願之探討,以找出適合的對象擔任理專,並且探討人格特質、銀行累計年資、成為理專的管道、工作地區、擔任意願(內外部激勵)以及會因為何種因素選擇銷售保險商品與業績表現有無顯著關係。 With the reduction of the main business charges in financial business sector, banks begin to put focus on wealth management business and want to get the favorable performance on this area. The participants in this study are financial advisors in L bank. We want to know what kinds of individual is suitable to be a financial advisor by analyzing their personality and their willingness to be a financial advisor. In addition, we get further research on the relationship between personal traits, seniority in bank, the method to become a financial advisor, working areas, willingness (internal and external incentives), the reason choose to sale insurance products and outstanding performance.
