日本近年來由於金融自由化、招攬與銷售分離之趨勢、生活型態與業務員數量減少等改變,遂出現首間來店型保險店鋪。 本研究就保險店鋪此種新型態之銷售方式,提出我國保險業者開辦保險店鋪的經營條件、經營型態與經營策略,並輔以日本經營保險店鋪之資訊,如日本保險店鋪之背景與現況發展。透過日本開辦保險店鋪之經驗,希望提升我國保險業者開辦保險店鋪的意願,並作為後續研究者的參考。 In recent years, due to financial liberalization, trend of business solicitation & sales separation, lifestyle changes and a decrease in insurance salesman, the first insurance shop was established in Japan. In the way of the new method of sales for insurance shop in this research, we discuss with insurers who establishes insurance shop, operating condition, operating way and operating strategy in Taiwan with the information that operating by insurers for Japan, such as the background and development of insurance shop for Japan. Through the experiences of establishing insurance shop from Japan, it is expected to increase insurers’ willingness to found insurance shop in Taiwan and can be as a research reference for future research.
