    Abstract: 本文主要探討強制機車責任保險風險分類因子,以羅吉斯迴歸模型進行分析。除檢查目前已採用的核保因子排氣量外,也探討從人因素中的性別、年齡,從車因素中的車齡、廠牌,以及被保險人慣常使用機車地區因子、過去的出險紀錄。
    根據研究結果,本論文認為強制機車責任保險兼採從人因素及從車因素,並適用肇事加減費制度,能更準確反應被保險人風險,使風險分類更完善。希望本研究能提供產物保險公司或者是其他汽車保險業者及相關單位作為將來核保時的費率釐訂因子考量。
    The purpose of this study is to investigate the risk classification factor in motorcycle compulsory liability insurance, and analyzes it by Logistic regression. Expect for the engine displacement which the insurance companies has adopted as the risk factor now, this research further examines the factors such as: gender and age, car age, car brand, and regional factor .This paper indicate that both the human factors and the vehicle factors, and further adopt bonus-malus system are used to make the risk classification more perfect. This study provides the suggestion of a better risk classification for motorcycle in compulsory liability insurance.
