    摘要: 銀行業的歷史十分的久遠，在很長的一段時間之中，銀行業一直以穩定的步調進行發展，電子商務的出現以及2008年金融海嘯，加上興新技術發展以及成熟，使金融科技(Financial Technology, FinTech)蓬勃發展，進而威脅到傳統金融產業，面對金融科技的衝擊，台灣金融監督管理委員會在2014年6月開始推動金融業轉型之路，台灣於2015年正式啟動金融科技元年，並實施相關的政策措施，以期望帶動台灣金融科技的發展，本文章的主旨在於探討金融科技之發展，並分析一些國家的發展及其政策，最後研究台灣金融科技的發展現況以及相關政策，本論文發現各國對於金融科技的監管措施不盡相同，然而國際間仍未出現一個統一標準且也沒有跨國間的合作監管措施，另外，儘管近年來台灣政府在大力推動金融科技，然而台灣發展金融科技仍有諸多的挑戰，台灣應克服這些挑戰，以利台灣能夠發展金融科技，最後促進整個金融產業進行升級。
    Banking Industry has a long history, and has developed steadily in a such long time. However along with the appearance of E-Commerce, Financial Crisis of 2007-2008, and development in new technology. Made Financial Technology(Fintech) developed rapidly. And has threaten traditional financial industry. Facing the impact of Fintech, Financial Supervisory Commission in Taiwan(FSC) has begun to promote transformation of financial industry in june,2014. And FSC start the first year of Fintech in 2015. By implement related policy, FSC hope that can drive development of Taiwanese Fintech industry. This Thesis is mainly research in the development of Fintech, and analysis Fintech policy in China, UK and USA. In the last, this thesis research the development in Taiwanese Fintech and related policy. According to the result, we can find that the regulatory policy is various in every country, however there is no uniform standard in international and no cooperate agreement in multination. Besides, even though Taiwanese Government is promoting development of Taiwanese Fintech. However, there are many challenge in Taiwanese Fintech. Taiwanese government have to surmount those challenge. To benefit Taiwan in development of Fintech. And promoting transformation in financial industry.
