本文在討論個案A公司在平板電腦產業的經營策略,先就工業電腦產業部分,將其定義與介紹,再針對工業平板電腦產業的做介紹。由於目前A公司雖在工業電腦站於領先地位,但是在工業平板電腦卻是後輩,在大者恆大,而且擁有高度敏感的價格導向產品,尚且無法在競爭激烈的紅海與世界一級大廠相抗衡,期望利用SWOT、五力分析以及BCG矩陣分析來尋找到屬於企業獲利的藍海。 基於此,本研究的目的主要有: 1.分析台灣工業平板電腦之產業結構,以了解產業現況、特性以及市場趨勢。 2.探討台灣工業平板電腦產業的產業經營策略。 3.依A公司工業移動計算部門為個案,利用研究方法的實務探討,提供策略發展的參考。 透過上述的討論,希望可以達到產品的高度競爭力,提高產品詢問度以及拓展市場及訂單。 This thesis indicates and discusses the business management strategy of Company A. In the beginning, it is introduced and defined the Industrial Personal Computer (IPC) then it is introduced the industrial tablet. Company A is in the leading position of IPC but not in the industrial tablet. The methods used in this paper are known as SWOT, Five Force model and BCG matrix model to analyze Company A and finding out the best business model.
Based on the afore-mentioned paragraph, the purposes of this study was to investigate: 1.Analyzing the industrial structure of Taiwan Tablet industry then understanding the status, feature and market trends in this industry; 2.Discussing the business management strategy of Taiwan tablet industry; and 3.Providing the business develop strategies and expected developments according to case Company A. Though this thesis, it is hoped to achieve highly competitive of the products, to increase highly inquiry of the products and to expand the markets and orders.
