    摘要: 本研究之目的,在於透過蒐集國內外競爭策略的理論與文獻、矽晶圓產業動態、矽晶圓產業分析與研究報告,以了解矽晶圓產業的發展現況與未來趨勢。並且透過SWOT分析架構、Michael Porter的五力分析,探討矽晶圓產業的競爭優勢與策略,進而針對個案公司提出營運策略上的建議。
    本研究發現目前矽晶圓通路產業競爭激烈,國際大廠藉由極穩定的品質與知名的品牌影響力,囊括了大部分的市佔率,個案公司可透過提供多樣化半導體材料以及與代理原廠共同投資,持續增加本身的競爭力,以期成為國際級的矽晶圓通路商。
    The purpose of this study is to know the current situation and trend of silicon wafer distributor industry by colleting theses, documents, and industry analyses. There are also some suggestions of business strategies for A company by the analyses of SWOT and Porter five forces analysis.

    This study found very competitive situation of silicon wafer distributor industry in the whole world now. Tier one suppliers acquire most of market share in silicon wafer market by their stable quality and famous brand. A company might continually grow by offering multiple semiconductor materials and co-investing together with Chinese suppliers. Multiple semiconductor materials could get more opportunities on sales side. To co-investing together with Chinese suppliers could get stable relationships on supply side.
