    摘要: 本個案研究欲探討Intel歷年併購實例,進行分析其併購目的、交易方式及策略動機。 透過SWOT模組了解英特爾如何透過一系列併購達到產業資源性整合、策略轉型及佈局未來市場產品服務定位。本文最後提出結論與以Intel所屬產業發展趨勢分析為企業經營著未來策略併購前之借鏡。
    In this competitive global business environment, companies rely on traditional and generic business conducts and methods are facing tremendous challenges than they anticipated decades ago. Issues that companies encountered no longer arise from local environment, community, industry, or national economy.
    This rapid changes in the global scale became a true test for companies’ agilities and business competencies. Companies with sufficient capitals, which began series of to mergers and acquisitions in the markets, ultimately aim to generate higher revenues and improve operational efficiencies.
    This paper will review the world’s topnotch semiconductor and microprocessor chip maker, Intel’s (known as Intel Corporation) several notable mergers and acquisitions over the past decades. The paper will analyze various motivations and reasoning behind of each events and provide synopsis recommendations for companies seek out possible mergers and acquisitions to improve its bottom line in the foreseeable future.
