    Abstract: 銀行如何管控授信品質,降低逾期放款,為銀行業極為重視的課題。本研究希望能瞭解在實務上我國銀行業在對企業授信時,產生逾期放款之可能影響因素為何及何項為影響較大之因素,並將在許多產生逾期放款之影響因素中,篩選簡化成幾個關鍵的因素。
    本研究利用德懷術在銀行內部決策者及制度、銀行內部執行者、經濟及企業授信戶等四個構面,歸納出銀行對產業前景或景氣循環判斷錯誤、徵審未落實授信評估五原則、放款人員專業知識及經驗不足、放款人員舞弊、失業率增加、借款人經營者品德操守不佳、借款人未做好財務規劃及借款人蓄意詐欺等8個關鍵因素,並對其進行探討及分析,以供做銀行業者授信決策之參考。
    並對銀行業提出以下五點建議:
    一、設立獨立研究室提供產業動態訊息
    二、加強徵授信人員的教育訓練。
    三、建立公平完整獎勵措施
    四、應設立電腦評分系統及預警制。
    五、訂定考核辦法調整核定權限
    How banks control the quality of credit, reduce overdue lending, the issue of great importance to the banking industry. The study hopes to understand why the banking industry in the corporate credit, the overdue loans arising from the possible factors and what the impact of the larger factors, and in many of the factors that produce overdue lending, the screening simplified Several key factors.
    In this study, the author draws on the four aspects of bank decision-making and system, bank internal performers, economic and corporate credit accounts, and summarizes the five principles of bank''s judgment on industrial prospect or boom cycle. , The lack of professional knowledge and experience of lenders, the increase in the rate of unemployment, the increase in the unemployment rate, the poor conduct of the borrower''s operator, the lack of financial planning by the borrower and the deliberate fraud of the borrower and other key factors, and to explore and Analysis, for the banking sector to make credit decision-making reference.
    And made the following five recommendations to the banking industry:
    1. Set up an independent research room to provide industry news.
    2. To strengthen the training of personnel education and training.
    3. The establishment of fair and complete incentive measures.
    4. Computer scoring system and early warning system should be set up.
    5. The assessment method to adjust the approved authority.
