電子產業在臺灣發展已將近四十餘年,演化出完整的電子產業生態鏈,從零組件供應到消費性產品,臺灣都可自行製造研發,可見此產業對於臺灣經濟發展之重要性。 本研究針對不同人格特質在「組織變革」、「組織承諾」、「工作滿意」認知上的差異;以及探討「組織變革認知」、「組織承諾」及「工作滿意」之關連性。並根據研究結果提出具體建議,提供公司在組織變革時,組織承諾與工作滿意關連性之參考,以提升工作績效。 本研究以問卷調查方式進行,以臺灣北區某面板零組件供應商員工為研究對象,總計發出380份問卷、回收有效問卷為352份,有效回收率92.63 %。 研究結果發現,組織變革的認知對於員工的組織承諾具與工作滿意度有正向關聯;人格特質在組織變革認知以及工作滿意具有差異。 The electronics industry has been developing in Taiwan for about 40 years, from component parts to consumer products, has evolved into a complete electronic industry ecological chain. This study tried to address the relevance of personality trait to organizational change, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction, and explores the relevance of organizational change awareness, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction. The results of the study provide suggestions to companies in management decisions in organizational change to enhance the work performance. The questionnaire survey was conducted. A total of 380 questionnaires were distributed, and 352 valid questionnaires were collected. The effective recovery rate was 92.63%. The results show that the organizational commitment to organizational change is positively related to job satisfaction, and the personality traits are different in organizational change cognition and job satisfaction.
