    Abstract: 隨著時代的變遷,我們走進全球化的時代潮流之中,我們生活的世界已成為一個地球村,發生在世界各國各地的事件正影響我們的生活,我們身為國際社會的一份子,培養國際觀是重要的,因此我們必須擴展視野,學習與培養關注世界的能力,共同面對世界發生的各種問題,對我們賴以生存的世界負起責任。
    本研究採用讀報教學活動來培養國小學童的國際觀,藉由報紙文章的題材生活化,能切合時事,來提升學童閱讀興趣,並探討學童在教學後的學習成效。本研究的研究對象為國小三年級學童,採用行動研究,透過教學活動歷程對學童的觀察,與教學者的省思,以了解學童在國際觀方面的學習情形,同時以情節分析法的未來情節描述,讓學童對未來環境問題產生社會責任。根據整個教學行動歷程所蒐集到的資料,包括學生的學習單、課後心得回饋、研究者本身省思紀錄等,獲得以下發現:
    一、以國語日報當成輔助及延伸的學習教材,能拓展學生學習的視野,讓學生獲得豐富且貼近真實生活的學習,培養開放與多元的觀點。
    二、讀報教育融入國小學童國際觀課程的實施有助於提升學童的國際觀認知、態度、技能。
    三、閱讀環境議題相關報導與情節分析法的學習,使學童能以全球視野的觀點去看世界,關懷全球的事務,培養出正向積極的國際觀。
    Along with the trend of globalization, our world has become a global village. Events happened around the world are affecting our living. As a member of international society, to foster global perspectives is important. Therefore, we have to expand our horizon and learn as well as foster the ability to care for the world in order to face the different issues around the world and assume the responsibility of the world that we rely for existence.
    This research has adapted newspaper reading activities to foster students with global perspectives. Through putting newspaper articles into practice, current events can be met and students’ interest in reading is elevated. The learning outcomes of students were explored after instruction. The object of this research is third grade students. The action research method has been used in this research. Observation of students during teaching activities and reflection of the teacher are used to understand the students’ learning of global perspectives.
    At same time, analysis of future scenarios is used to create students’ social responsibilities for future environmental issues. According to data collected through instructional processes, including student worksheets, students’ feedback after classes, reflection of the researcher, etc., the findings are:
    1.Using Mandarin Daily as supplement and extended learning material can expand the learning horizon of the students, allowing students to obtain rich and close to life learning as well as to foster open and multiple views.
    2.Newspaper in education implemented in elementary global perspective curriculum has assisted in elevating the cognitive, attitude and skill aspects of the students toward global perspectives.
    3.Reading related reports on environment related issues and learning plot analysis make the students view the world with global perspectives, care for global affairs, and obtain positive global perspectives.
