    摘要: 本研究目的為瞭解「社團法人臺北市陽明山古蹟聚落生態護育聯盟」(以下簡稱陽古聯盟)社區生態導覽解說員應具備的專業知能指標。由於陽明山美軍眷舍群面臨商業進駐及開發問題,急需藉由導覽解說員培訓推廣美軍眷舍之保存價值。更由於近年來民眾對於美軍眷舍的觀光旅遊增加,促成陽古聯盟導覽之需求大量增加,因此如何在有限的時間及資源下,將文化景觀保存區之環境教育價值傳達給民眾就越趨重要,本研究希望藉由需求評估進行導覽員培訓之課程內容及方式給予建議。
    首先透過蒐集國內外相關文獻資料以及訪談方式了解陽古聯盟導覽解說相關人員之觀點,初步歸納社區生態導覽解說基礎培訓之專業知能,最後使用德菲法(Delphi Method)歸納整理專家意見。
    研究發現陽古聯盟導覽解說內容偏重於文化歷史,忽略生態與文化景觀區保存之意義連結,導致大部分初次接觸陽古聯盟導覽解說的民眾不明白美軍眷舍群全區保存的重要性。本研究希望能夠使導覽解說員在文化歷史導覽下連結基礎生態導覽知識,因此歸納整理專業知能提供社區導覽解說員培訓課程規劃參考。
    經研究整理出社區基礎生態導覽解說必須具備的專業知能共分為三大主指標:「生態環境知識」、「導覽解說教育」、「導覽解說專業」,各項主指標再分為三項細指標,各細指標下分別有4到6個題項,總共41項專業知能指標。
    This study aims to develop the community ecology tour guide basic training by needs assessment. Due to the problem of stores stationed in Shanzaihou Urban, it is necessary to promote the importance of preservation by tour guide training. Moreover, the increased number of tourists makes the tour guide training of how to convey the message of enviromental protection under the time limit and limited resources more important. The purpose of this study is to investigate the needs of tour guide basic training by needs assessment and provide the suggestions to design the appropriate courses.
    At first, the study investigate the preliminary professional knowledge of community ecology tour guide basic training via reviewing literatures and interviewing the tour guides; then summarized the opinions of experts by using the Delphi Method.
    The study found that the main emphasis of tour guiding is on culture and history but not the value of preservation of ecology and cultural landscape area. Thus, most visitors who just listened to the guiding could not realize the important meaning of preservation. Therefore, to make the tour guides are able to convey the messages combined culture and history with ecology preservation, the study summarized the professional knowledge for community tour guide training course.
    According to this study, there are three parts of professional knowledge of the community ecology tour guide basic training, including "eco-environmental knowledge", " education of guided interpretation " and "guided professional interpretation". The main indicators would be divided into three criterions and each criterion has 4 to 6 items;to sum up, the total numbers of professional knowledge criterions are 41.
