    Abstract: 本研究的研究目的有三項:一、了解研究者所任職的企業內部員工學習動機、社會支持與數位學習滿意度的現況。二、了解企業內部員工學習動機、社會支持與數位學習滿意度三者間之關係。三、根據研究結果提出具體建議,提供企業組織人資部門規畫並推動數位學習在職教育訓練之參考。
    本研究問卷樣本為企業員工,共獲得有效問卷共578份。主要研究結果發現:(一) 學習動機中的三個構面(職業進展、社交關係、外界期望)皆能顯著預測投學習滿意度;(二) 社會支持的三個構面(主管支持、同事支持、家人支持)也皆能顯著預測學習滿意度。本研究將有助於管理者針對企業訓練規劃,及推動數位學習在職教育訓練之參考,能夠提供實務界有效的管理建議,協助組織減少因訓練計畫規劃不當而產生的損失。
    There are three study purposes in this study: First, the study investigated the current situation of the internal employee’s motivation, social support, and e-learning satisfaction. Second, the present study proposed that employee’s motivation and social support may influence e-learning satisfaction. And further, we provide the reference of OJT(on job training) with e-learning planning for enterprise HR BU according to the research result. Hierarchical regression analyses on data collected from a sample of 578 full-time employees in Taiwan were used to test the proposed hypotheses. Results show that the three dimensions of learning motivation including career advancement, social relationship, and external expectation can positively predict e-learning satisfaction. And according to the finding, the three dimensions of social support are: supervisor support, coworker support, and family support. All of them are positively correlated with e-learning satisfaction. Based on the results of the study, limitations, practical implications and suggestions for future research are discussed.
