    Title: 新北市國民小學教師國際觀之研究

    Abstract: 本研究係以問卷調查法為主,文獻探討為輔,旨在探討新北市國民小學教師之國際觀,本研究主要目的有:
    一、了解新北市推動國際教育的政策及策略。
    二、了解新北市國小教師的國際觀。
    三、分析新北市國小不同背景教師國際觀的差異情形。
    四、分析新北市國小教師的國際觀中認知與態度之關係。
    五、依據研究結果,歸納結論並提出可供有關教育單位參考之建議。
    本研之問卷調查是以自編之問卷,以分層立意選樣方式,針對2016學年度新北市五個行政區之國民小學之專任(含代理)教師,進行問卷調查。共寄發正式問卷300份,回收有效樣本共270份,有效問卷回收率為90.0%。
    本研究之主要結論包括:
    一、新北市推動國際教育主要是以「尊重、關懷、學習、互惠與和諧」為核心價值,並以國際理解、國際學習、國際交流、國際合作等為四大政策主軸。
    二、新北市國小教師國際觀的認知為中上程度,其中以在「跨國文化之瞭解程度」構面認知較高。
    三、新北市國小教師對國際觀持正向支持態度,其中以在「主動關懷與多元思維」構面支持度較高。
    四、整體而言,新北市國小教師對國際觀之認知會依其最高學歷而有所差異。
    五、整體而言,新北市國小教師對國際觀之認知不因其性別、年齡、累計任教年資、擔任職務、海外旅行次數、出國進修或留學經驗、學校規模及任教學校所在地區等而有差異。
    六、整體而言,新北市國小教師對國際觀之態度會依其性別、累計任教年資、海外旅行次數及出國進修或留學經驗而有所差異。
    七、整體而言,新北市國小教師對國際觀之態度不因其年齡、最高學歷、 擔任職務、學校規模及任教學校所在地區等而有差異。
    八、就整體構面而言,新北市國小教師對國際觀之認知及態度呈現中高度正相關。
    This study aims mainly, via adopting the methods of questionnaire survey and literature review, to explore the international perspectives of elementary school teachers in New Taipei City.
    The main purposes of this study include:
    1. To understand the policies and strategies of international education in New Taipei City.
    2. To explore the international perspectives of teachers in elementary schools in New Taipei City.
    3. To analyze the differences of international perspectives of teachers with different backgrounds.
    4. To analyze the relationship between teachers’ international perception and attitude.
    5. To propose suggestions, based upon the findings of this study, useful for the
    reform of related educational policies in the future.
    The questionnaire survey was conducted through the stratified purposive sampling method. In total, 300 teachers in elementary schools of New Taipei City were chosen as the samples of the survey, 270 valid questionnaires (about 90.0% response rate) were analyzed.
    The conclusions of this study can be summarized as follows:
    1. The policies of the international education in New Taipei City have been focused on the core value of “respect, care, learning, reciprocity and harmony” and the main schemes of these policies have been the promotions of “international understanding, learning, exchange, and cooperation”.
    2. Most teachers in elementary schools in New Taipei City had positive international perception, while their perceptions in the dimension of “understanding the cross-national culture” are the highest.
    3. Most teachers in elementary schools in New Taipei City gave their positive support towards international perception, while their supportive attitudes towards the dimension of “active care and diversified consideration” were the strongest.
    4. The international perceptions of teachers in elementary schools in New Taipei City differed significantly, in terms of their educational qualifications.
    5. The international perception of teachers did not differ in terms of their gender, age, years of teaching, administrative position, frequencies or experiences of travelling or studying abroad.
    6. The attitudes of teachers towards international perspectives differed significantly in terms of their gender, years of teaching, frequencies or experiences of travelling or studying abroad.
    7. The attitudes of teachers towards international perspectives did not differ significantly in terms of their age, educational qualifications, administrative positions, school size, and school location.
    8.On the whole, there was a highly positive correlation between the international perceptions and attitude of teachers in elementary schools in New Taipei City.
