    Abstract: 本研究以行動研究法為主,文獻探討為輔,探討推行童軍教育提昇學生核心素養。本研究的主要目的有:
    一、探討童軍教育提昇學生核心素養的因素。
    二、瞭解童軍教育提昇核心素養的重要性。
    三、分析童軍教育推廣的程度與核心素養間的關係。
    四、利用訪談及觀察的結果了解學生、導師、童軍團成員、童軍團服務員、學校主管、教育機關所帶來互相影響的結果。
    五、分析收集來的資訊而提供建議及觀察結果,歸納研究者發現,並用於往後課程方針的改進。
    本研究主要結論歸納如下:
    一、童軍教育適合綜合教學模式(直接教學、合作學習、問題解決教學方式),提升學生核心素養,培養日常生活解決問題的能力。
    二、童軍課程必須建立於絕對安全的基礎上及良好教學環境和擁有優秀的學生品行方能展現其最大優勢。
    三、研究結果給予童軍任課師極大的省思及建議。
    四、研究結果能適時給予教育機關、學校主管、服務員、導師、童軍團成員、一般學生良善的建議,並改善其互動品質,並達到提昇核心素養。
    五、核心素養提昇可提升生活品質、改善社會及利於推廣童軍活動。
    1.Discuss factors in the relationship between military training courses and promotion of humane disposition.
    2.Understand the importance of military training courses in promoting humane disposition.
    3.Analyze the relationship between military training course promotion and humane disposition.
    4.Understand the mutual influence via interviews and observations among students, homeroom teachers, scout members and school supervisors.
    5.Analyze the results of this action research for better improvement of future military training courses.
    Besides, the findings are as follows:
    1.Military training education could perform better with various instructional approaches—direct instructions, cooperative learning as well as problem-solving skills.
    2.Military training education should be based on 100% safety, friendly instructional environment and excellent students’ discipline.
    3.Research findings offer great room for reflections and advice on the part of all the members involved.
    4.Humane disposition can enhance life quality and benefit the whole society.
