    Abstract: 本研究旨在探討新北市國民中學導師轉型領導、互易領導與學生學習動機之相關情形。研究方法採問卷調查法,以新北市國民中學學生為對象,採分層隨機抽樣。
      本研究以自編之「國中導師轉型領導、互易領導量表與學生學習動機之調查問卷之調查問卷」為研究工具,以描述統計、獨立樣本T檢定、單因子變異數分析、Pearson積差相關等進行統計分析。本研究發出630份問卷,回收630份,有效問卷611份。本研究之結論如下:
    一、 新北市國民中學導師班級經營兼具轉型領導與互易領導特色。
    二、 新北市國民中學學生具有良好的學習動機。
    三、 私立國中學生知覺導師轉型領導、互易領導與程度較高,且學生學習動機表現較佳。
    四、 七年級國中生知覺導師轉型領導、互易領導程度較高,且學習動機表現較佳。
    五、 國中生知覺導師服務年資16~20年,在轉型領導程度較高,且學習動機表現較佳。
    六、 學校規模在49個班以上,在轉型領導、互易領導程度較高,且學習動機表現較佳。
    七、 國中導師展現轉型領導、互易領導特質愈顯著,愈能提高國中生的學習動機。
      最後,根據研究結果提出建議,以供教育相關機構、學校單位與國中教師及後續研究者參考。
    This study aims to discuss the relationship between Junior high school homeroom teachers’ transformational leadership, transactional leadership and students’ learning motivation in New Taipei City. Via adopting the methods of questionnaire survey, and take the students in New Taipei City as the objects to adopt stratified random sampling method.
    A self - edited questionnaire, in which questions concerning the relationship between Junior High School homeroom teachers’ transformational leadership, transactional leadership and students’ learning motivation was used as the research tool. 630 questionnaires were sent to teachers of junior high school in New Taipei City, via stratified random sampling. 611 valid questionnaires. Statistical analysis was performed by descriptive statistics, independent sample T test, single factor variance analysis, and Pearson product correlation, etc. The conclusions of this study can be summarized as follows:
    1. The teachers in junior high school in New Taipei City have both transforming leadership and transactional leadership.
    2. The students in junior high school in New Taipei City have good learning motivation.
    3. The students in private junior high schools have better perception in teachers’ transforming leadership and transactional leadership, and they act better in learning motivation.
    4. The students in seventh grade have the highest perception in teachers’ transforming leadership and transactional leadership, and they act better in learning motivation.
    5. 16-20 years of experience in teaching have higher transforming leadership and act better in learning motivation.
    6. The school is over 49 classes have higher level in transforming leadership and transactional leadership, and they act better in learning motivation.
    7. The homeroom teachers in junior high school show more attribute in transforming leadership and transactional leadership can raise the learning motivation of the students in junior high school.
    Based on the finding of the research, offering suggestions to the education institutions, junior high schools, the teachers in junior high schools and the future researchers.
