    摘要: 本研究以問卷調查為主,文獻探討為輔,探討新竹縣國民中學教師對十二年國民基本教育適性輔導工作理念之認知與執行成效之看法。本研究主要目的有:
    一、探討新竹縣國民中學教師對十二年國民基本教育適性輔導工作理念之認知。
    二、探討新竹縣國民中學教師對十二年國民基本教育適性輔導工作執行成效之看法。
    三、剖析新竹縣國民中學不同背景教師對十二年國民基本教育適性輔導工作理念認知與適性輔導工作執行成效看法之差異。
    四、根據研究發現提供可供未來相關政策修改參考之建議。

    本研究之問卷調查,是以自編之問卷為工具,以新竹縣專任教師人數在100人以上的4個鄉、鎮、市之公立國民中學教師為樣本母群體,採分層立意取樣之方式進行,共發出問卷286份,回收有效問卷275份,有效回收率為96.15%。

    本研究主要結論可歸納如下:
    一、新竹縣國民中學教師對適性輔導工作理念具中上程度之認知。
    二、新竹縣國民中學教師對適性輔導工作執行成效持肯定看法。
    三、新竹縣國民中學教師對適性輔導工作執行成效之看法,以對「適性輔導之生涯發展教育融入教學能力」構面較為肯定。
    四、就整體構面而言,教師對適性輔導工作理念之認知會依學校所在地區、學校規模、及學校類型等有顯著差異。
    五、就整體構面而言,教師對適性輔導工作執行成效的看法會依性別、目前擔任行政職務、學校所在地區、學校規模、學校類型等有顯著差異。
    This study, via adopting the methods of questionnaire survey and literature review, aims to explore teachers’ perception of adaptive counseling, initiated in the program of the 12-Years’ Basic Education. as well as their viewpoints about the effectiveness of adaptive counseling in junior high Schools in Hsinchu county.
    The purposes of this study include:
    1.To explore teachers’ perception of adaptive counseling, initiated in the program of the 12-Years’ Basic Education in junior high Schools in Hsinchu county.
    2.To analyze teachers viewpoints about the effectiveness of adaptive counseling in junior high schools in junior high Schools in Hsinchu county.
    3.To explore the differences in the perception of teachers of different backgrounds about adaptive counseling, and in their viewpoints about the effectiveness of adaptive counseling in junior high Schools in Hsinchu county .
    4.To propose suggestions, based on the findings of this study, useful for the future reform of related policies.

    By adopting the stratified purposive sampling, this study send self-designed questionnaires to 286 teachers in public junior high schools in Hsinchu county, 275 valid questionnaires were collected and analyzed, and the valid response rate was 96.15%.
    The conclusions of this study can be summarized as follows:
    1. Teachers had above-average level positive perception of adaptive counseling initiated in the 12-Years’ Basic Education in junior high schools in Hsinchu county.
    2.Most teachers valued positively towards the effectiveness of adaptive counseling of the 12-Years’ Basic Education in Hsinchu is affirmative.
    3.The dimension of the “involvement of career development education in teaching ompetence’ was valued the highest with regard to the effectiveness of adaptive counseling by teachers in junior high schools in Hsinchu county.
    4.On the whole, teachers perception of adaptive counseling differed significantly in terms of the school location, size and types.
    5.On the whole, teachers’ viewpoints about the effectiveness of adaptive counseling differed significantly in terms of their gender, current administrative posts, school location, size and types.
