    Abstract: 論文提要內容:
    本研究主要是採用深度訪談法及文件分析法進行個案研究,探討臺灣高等教育創新創業的實施現況與面對的挑戰。本研究主要目的有:
    一、研究臺灣高等教育創新創業生態。
    二、探討目前大學校院推動創新創業之執行現況。
    三、探討現今高等教育創新創業面臨的挑戰。
    四、根據本研究結果給予政策制定者及大學相關單位建議。

    根據研究結果,提出本研究的結論如下:
    一、教育部創新創業計畫是促成學校發展的助力。
    二、業師認為政府促進天使投資是首要任務。
    三、業師認為政府各部門應跨部會合作、鬆綁創業相關法令。
    四、創新育成中心在創新創業計畫中扮演角色多元,但執行重點仍是學生創業團隊的經營。
    五、發展創新創業因學校組織而異,並適應個別需求。
    六、學校經營創新創業目標與運作策略,隨學校發展各不相同。
    七、太過注重計畫短期效益,尚缺乏長期培育創新創業心態。
    八、台灣社會文化或風氣因素,使創業失敗一次後就沒有下一次。
    九、台灣創業團隊學生態度方面膽識及企圖心不夠。
    十、老師認為創業無法鼓勵,但應培養大學院校學生的創業精神。
    Abstract:
    This multi-case study uses in-depth interview and document analysis to examine the present situation and challenges of innovation and entrepreneurship in Taiwan''s higher education. The main objectives of this study are:
    1. To study Taiwan''s higher education innovation and entrepreneurship ecology.
    2. To explore the promotion of higher education innovation and entrepreneurship.
    3. To explore the challenges of higher education innovation and entrepreneurship.
    4. To give recommendations to policymakers and higher education institutions.

    Based on the findings of this study, the main conclusions are as follows:
    1. Projects sponsored by the Ministry of Education helps the promotion of innovation and entrepreneurship at higher education institutions.
    2. The industry recommends the promotion of angel investment as the primary task for the government.
    3. The industry recommends the cooperation across government agencies and the loosening of entrepreneurship laws and regulations.
    4. Innovation and incubation centers play a multi-role in innovation and entrepreneurship projects, but the focus is still the implementation of student entrepreneurship team.
    5. The development of innovation and entrepreneurship varies due to university organization and individual needs.
    6. The objectives and operational strategies of innovation and entrepreneurship differs by university development.
    7. Too much emphasis on short-term benefits and a lack of long-term cultivation of innovative entrepreneurial spirit.
    8. The societal culture of Taiwan discourages failures of entrepreneurship.
    9. Ambition of student entrepreneurship teams in Taiwan is not strong enough.
    10. Faculty members believe entrepreneurship cannot be encouraged, but universities should cultivate the entrepreneurial spirit of students.
