    摘要: 近年來創造力的培育與發展,已成為全世界最重要的議題之一。本研究希望探究甚麼樣的家庭環境結構是有助於個體創造力的發展。配合近年來培養創造力環境的研究,本文將以家庭複合性來探究對創造力的影響,亦探究內在動機是否能在當中作為中介變項。本研究採取問卷調察法進行,以淡江大學大一學生506人為研究樣本。研究工具包括「家庭複合性量表」、「內在動機量表」、「有限解答之擴散性思考測驗之里的刪減」測驗及「大學生創意生活量表」。以獨立樣本t檢定、變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關、多元迴歸分析、Sobel 檢定和拔靴法等方法進行統計分析。
    本研究發現
    一、本研究將創造力分別以「創造力表現行為」和「創造力認知思考」來定義,結果發現「創造力表現行為」在不同複合性類型的家庭中的表現,具有顯著差異,其中以複合型家庭(高統整和高分殊)表現最佳,而「創造力認知思考」在不同複合性類型的家庭
    中的表現則無顯著差異,以上結果乃因「創造力表現行為」的展現是來自於個體與環
    境的互動,而「創造力認知思考」的展現則是與個人先天特質較有關,和環境的互動較無關。
    二、家庭複合性中「統整」和「分殊」兩因素交互作用所形成的環境類似於「最適挑戰環 境」,是有助於培養出具有內在動機的個體,而「內在動機」在不同複合性類型的
    家庭中具有顯著差異,以複合型家庭(高統整和高分殊)表現最佳。
    三、以家庭複合性中「統整」和「分殊」兩因素作為自變項,「創造力表現行為」或「創造力認知思考」作為依變項,「內在動機」皆可作為兩變項的中介因子。
    四、不同複合性類型家庭中的複合性交互作用強度不同,對個體創造力展現有不同的影響,本次研究結果指出「分殊」在複合性上的強度大於「統整」,而「分殊」因素類似於的「多元文化」的概念,亦可呼應近期學者的看法,認為「多元文化」是培養創造力的重要環境因素。
    五、在背景變項分析中,發現單親家庭受試者在「內在動機」及「創造力表現行為」上顯著大於雙親家庭受試者,此量化結果是在單親家庭相關主題研究中特別的發現。
    本研究結果顯示「統整」和「分殊」兩因素,是家庭環境中培養創造力的重要因素,研究者建議可將上述兩個因素應用在學校或是企業等相關環境中,以培養更具有創造力的個體。
    In recent years, the cultivation and development of creativity has become one of the most important issues in the world. This study will explore what kind of family environmental structure is conducive to the development of individual creativity. According to the recent researches of the cultivation of creative environment, this thesis will be the family complexity to explore the impact of creativity, and also explore whether the intrinsic motivation as a mediating factor between the family complexity and creativity. In this study, we conducted a questionnaire survey to carry out 506 subjects from Tamkang University freshmen. The study tools included " Complex Family Questionnaire ", "Intrinsic Motivation Questionnaire ", " The Stroke-Subtraction Test from the Chinese characters “里”, "College Students'' Creative Life questionnaire ". Statistical analysis was performed with Independent-Samples t Test, ANOVA, Pearson Correlation, Multiple Regression Analysis, Sobel test and Bootstrap.
    Finding of this study states below:
    1. This study defines creativity separately as "creative performance behavior" and "creative cognitive thinking", it is found that the performance of "creative performance behavior" in different types of family complexity has significant differences, especially in the family type of high integration and high differentiation which is the best performance. However, there is no significant difference in the performance of "creative cognitive thinking" in different types of family complexity. This result reveals that the performance of " creative performance behavior " is from the interaction between individual and the environment, but the performance of "creative cognitive thinking" is more relevant to personal innate traits and less interaction with the environment.
    2. The interaction between the "integration" and "differentiation" factors in family complexity is similar to the "optimal challenge environment" that is suitable for cultivating a high intrinsic motivation individual. The performance of “intrinsic motivation” was significant differences in different types of family complexity. The family type of high integration and high differentiation has the best intrinsic motivation performance.
    3. According to this study result, the "intrinsic motivation" can be used as a
    mediating factor between family complexity which has the “integration" and "differentiation" factors and "creative performance behavior " or "creative cognitive thinking" .
    4.The intensity which is from the interaction between the “integration" and "differentiation" factors in
    different types of family complexity is different and indeed it has different effects on individual creativity. The result of this study points out that the influence of "differentiation" is greater than that of "Integration". As for the recent scholars mention that "multiculturalism" is a very important environmental factor for cultivating creativity. Due to the concept of " differentiation " is similar to the concept of "multiculturalism", this study can also echo the recent researches of scholars.
    5. In the background variable analysis, it was found that single-parent family subjects were significant differences larger than double-parent family subjects in "intrinsic motivation" and "creative performance behavior". This quantitative result is a special finding in a single parent family related subject study.
    The results of this study show that the factors of "integration" and "differentiation" are important factors in cultivating creativity in the family environment. The researcher suggests that the above two factors can also be applied to schools or enterprises and other related environment to cultivate more creative individuals.
