    Abstract: 近年隨中國國力發展,軍事外交概念已轉型為實現其國家外交目標與滿足安全戰略需要之外交工作性質,並可因應他國與其關係疏密、國力及國際地位等情況進行不同手段之選擇應用,進而展現雙邊關係發展進程。
    In the past, China''s diplomacy was characterized as "a great power as the key, the periphery is the most important, the developing countries are the foundation, and the multilateral fora are important stage." Since Xi Jinping,China has taken "one belt,one road" construction and overseas interests protection as new elements of diplomacy. With the development of China''s national strength, the concept and connotation of peripheral diplomacy have been deepening. The concept of "military diplomacy" has been transformed from "foreign affairs" to "diplomacy" to achieve its national diplomatic objectives and meet the needs of security strategy.China has established by the military exchanges, consultation talks, military cooperation, military propaganda and military operations other rhan war involving different means of complete theory and work system. In accordance with the country and its relationship sparse, national strength and international status. China applies different approaches in the development of bilateral relations .
    China ha gradually eatablished diplomatic relations with the five Central Asian countries (Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan) located in the northwest of China in the 1990s, after the disintegration of the Soviet Union. Over the years, China has developed deep political, Economic and cultural exchanges with the five countries, that have important strategic value for China''s "national security, economic and trade, international politics". Since China''s policy of "developing the western region" and " one belt,one road " The strategic significance of China-Central Asian relations is even more enhanced. Military diplomacy, with its special sensitive nature, is even more valuable for expanding bilateral ties.
    The analysis of China''s different application in the use of military diplomacy with the five Central Asian countries reveals that China seems to have a concentric and layered gap in the relationship with Kazakhstan, Tajikistan and Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan. This paper introduces a SWOT analysis on China’s military diplomacy with the five Central Asian countries,it also puts forward the strategic analysis and development trend forecasting, and provides the reference and reference for the related influence and inspiration.
