Abstract:	自十年前左右，台灣相關螺絲工廠開始至大陸紛紛設廠，台灣相關技術逐漸外移，而大陸在近年相關產業技術也逐漸成長、茁壯，亦成為台灣地區強大的競爭對手，特別是價格競爭方面。在這樣的狀況下，台灣地區的螺絲產業，飽受削價競爭的威脅和風險，受國際鋼價影響以外，競爭者的供應量大，國際間供過於求的狀況也直接影響著台灣地區的產業景氣。本研究探討：1.兩岸在近年經貿發展下，大陸產業供應鏈的成長及發展2.台灣高雄岡山地區螺絲相關產業鏈3.分析兩岸在如此特殊的合作競爭關係下，高雄螺絲業者如何發展並突破重圍。 Since the beginning of the last decade, Taiwan screw companies began to relocated factories in mainland China, and the technology in screw industry also gradually shifted to mainland. In recent years, China’s screw enterprises have gradually grown and they have become strong competitors with Taiwan, especially in the aspect of price competition. Under this situation, the Taiwan’s local screw industry suffered from price competition and the threats of the international steel prices and the supply of competitors. The oversupply of international market also directly affected the boom of Taiwan’s local industrial. This study explores the followings: 1.The growth and development ofmainland’s industrial supply chain under the economic development and trade in recent years. 2. Kaohsiung Gangshan local screw industrial chain in Taiwan. 3. Under such a special cooperation and competition situation across the Taiwan straits, how the Kaohsiung screw industry to develop and break through the tight encirclement.
