    摘要: 台商是一特殊族群，面對兩岸特殊的政治架構下，形成兩岸政治角力下的市場及經濟發展的重要因子，但不管在大陸研究或兩岸研究大都將台商擺在次等的位子，事實上，台商對中國大陸政.經濟方面有著相當大的影響層面，並且深深地嵌入到中國研究之中。
    由於影響層面甚廣，所以特別選擇台商在不同時期在大陸投資貿易所遇到政策變化後所造成的影響，特別提出ＥＣＦＡ，兩岸直航與兩案投保協議為探討主題，也將大陸政府分為中央與地方兩方面來做探討。
    研究結果得知：台商早期為大陸拉攏的主要外資，大陸方面給予非常優惠的政策條款來加速台商的投資，但大陸慢慢成為世界經濟貿易體的重心，台商在大陸也慢慢式微，現在反而是變成大陸政府方面在輔導台商做轉型的投資，
    讓台商得以繼續維持其產業。
