本論文主要研究分析中華民國(台灣)在2016年與多明尼加國家技術院(INFOTEP)合作,技術及職業訓練領域對多國南部區域的影響,並同時探究合作的成果。 因此,在不同的章節裡本論文說明多明尼加的國際合作,以及國際合作間的管制架構;此外,本研究也一併分析了台灣與多明尼加之間的合作情況,特別著重在多明尼加南部區域發展之影響。 在研究方法的部分,本研究設計並非實驗性及剖視性,而以探索性及描述性為主。並重於結合定性、定量的數據。 本論文選擇了三百位居住於聖胡安德拉馬瓜納省(SJM)的受訪者,並確認技術及職業訓練對他們生活品質帶來的影響。所使用的方法是:歸納、分析、合成。主要資料來源為多明尼加聖胡安德拉馬瓜納省國家技術院,技術和管理訓練中心的畢業生,次要資料來源為相關文本、網路以及多明尼加國家技術院的文獻。該院技術人員的則為文本審視、調查及訪問的對象。 This research has as general objective to analyze the impact of cooperation of the Republic of China (Taiwan) in the Dominican Republic in the field of Technical and Vocational Training in the southern region of the country with the Instituto Nacional de Formación Técnico Profesional, INFOTEP to 2016, and see results of such cooperation. In it, in its different chapters we explain about the generalities of international cooperation, regulatory framework for international cooperation in the Dominican Republic; also we do an analysis about the cooperation received from Taiwan during the investigation period in the southern region and the impact of that aid in the development of the country. As for the methodology to be developed in the study, the research design is not experimental and crosscut. The type of study is exploratory and descriptive. The focus will be mixed, combining qualitative and quantitative data. Not probabilistically will be selected 300 people of the population of the province San Juan de la Maguana (SJM) to determine the impact it has had technical training in their quality of life. The methods to be used are: inductive, analysis and synthesis. Primary sources are graduates of technical and managerial training technology center of INFOTEP SJM. Secondary sources textbooks, internet and institutional documents INFOTEP. The techniques will be the document review, surveys and interviews.
