This research analyzes the role of non-governmental organizations in promoting relations between the Republic of China (Taiwan) and the Republic of Paraguay. While it is very important to strengthen and maintain relations with different countries, non-governmental organizations are very important actors, since they have the capacity to generate or sometimes participate in representation of each nation. Non-governmental organizations (NGOs) play an increasingly important and dynamic role in the international community, as growth is reflected in the new enthusiasm on the part of citizens to engage more directly in the solution of public problems. Thus, in parallel with the substantial strengthening of diplomatic relations, the Republic of China (Taiwan), through its citizens living in the Republic of Paraguay, participates and actively encourages the development of NGOs with the aim of contributing and generating a relationship More solid with all the inhabitants of Paraguay.
