    Abstract: 論文提要內容:

    為了因應未來的變化,台灣高等教育部門投入諸多心力,尋求組織創新以及改善教學和科研活動的品質。在巴拉圭,為促進年輕一代的培訓並鼓勵他們融入社會,政府倡導提升各級學校之入學率,但在職場上對於學位的重視程度仍低。

    台灣針對教育體系採取定期的審查與評估,以維持高水準的教育品質。台灣的教育模式是有趣、實際、實用的,並且會不斷的修正以回應市場的需求,這無疑是值得模仿的教育模式。

    此研究為一相當有意義之議題,其結果可幫助致力於高等教育之相關機構之調適。百分之六十在台求學的受訪學生表示推薦人們到台灣大學求學,百分之六十的受訪者表示台灣的文化對於求學過程有著積極正面的影響力,除此之外,百分之六十的受訪者對在台大學研讀過程中獲得的知識和學術能力表示滿意。
    Pressurized to cope with future changes, the higher education sector in the Republic of China - Taiwan has worked ceaselessly to seek organizational innovation, improve teaching and research. In Paraguay the expansion of enrollment at all levels was proposed, in order to promote the formation of the young generations and to promote their social insertion, but nevertheless the devaluation of the titles in the labor world persists. The educational system of the Republic of China - Taiwan has high quality standards, is subject to periodic review and evaluation. The Taiwanese model is interesting, practical, useful and updated to meet the current market needs, this certainly makes it an example worthy of imitation. The chosen topic is significant since its results can influence the adequacy of institutions committed to higher education. The majority of the interviewees showed their highest graduation in recommendation to study in universities of the Republic of China - Taiwan. They also stated that in their training process they positively influenced the culture of the Republic of China - Taiwan. Most of the interviewees expressed their satisfaction with the competences acquired in the training process and their satisfaction with the training and competences process received at universities in the Republic of China - Taiwan.
