Abstract:	本研究旨在探討臺灣民航國籍機師工作滿意度之現況，經由不同個人變項與工作背景變項對機師工作滿意度之差異比較，找出可改善工作滿意度之關鍵決策因素。藉由問卷調查法，本研究以中華航空公司集團之國籍機師為研究對象，使用自編「國籍民航機師之工作滿意度調查問卷」進行調查，分析結果中發現「公司領導者的任命方式」、「勞資溝通」、「懲罰制度」、「組織經營制度」、「組織經營方式」係改善華航機師工作滿意度之關鍵決策因素，此可供華航做為改善國籍機師勞資關係之參考。
