    Title: 超音波輔助實廠汙泥厭氧消化對沼氣形成的影響

    Abstract: 本研究運用超音波輔助汙泥水解,依據實驗室經驗,進行實場(full scale )消化,不定量之水解與未水解汙泥輸入消化槽,新建廠輸入汙泥量不穩定條件下,過程紀錄沼氣產量、COD變化、PH值及原汙泥濃度等數據;結果發現濃縮汙泥經超音波水解後沼氣產量上升,添加未經水解前處理汙泥後當日沼氣生產量下降,但隨後於18~22日間沼氣產量明顯上升,同時可推斷HRT縮減至20日,並縮短厭氧消化時間為原來之 1/2。( pilot test操作建議原汙泥濃度於14.8%以上),每立方公尺汙泥沼氣產量由10.5m3/m3將上升至15 m3/m3,增加 約50%。
